About Your Dentist

"I grew up in Michigan and graduated from Wayne State University in Biology and English. I received my DDS from Detroit Mercy Dental School in 2023. I am an avid reader of fantasy novels and love to write. I enjoy anything creative. I love spontaneous weekend trips to see family or go up north to swim in the Great Lakes and stargaze.

My mission as a dentist is to build a cohesive team that is focused on preventing disease and empowering our patients to take control of their health."

Life & Hobbies

Dr. Yamat grew up in the Milwaukee area and then moved to Illinois to attend dental school. She now lives in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, also known as Tosa. She loves walking and biking around Tosa with her husband. Dr. Yamat also enjoys trying different coffee shops, kayaking, and swimming at Beaver Lake.
